Hi..I have 15 yrs experience in Retail Wholesale/Mtg Banking, the past 9 years u/w. Looking for a remote u/w position, and see the DE as a requirement on most job postings. To strengthen my resume, I am looking into taking an FHA U/W course online. I know I'll need my future employer to agree to my underwriting the live 15-25 files, 2nd signed by an already certified DE u/w, before I can ask my lender to submit their recommendation for my DE, but thought having some background may be appealing to an employer. My question is which online course is recommended as best. I'm seeing them run between $400 to $500 for 6 to 12 hr courses...any suggestions or other ideas?
